Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer free returns or exchanges on regular-priced, unworn products with original packaging within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that orders shipped internationally are not eligible for a refund.

The "date of receipt" is based on the delivery date as shown in the shipping tracking. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 10 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@karayoo.com within the 10-day window, and include the following information:

  • Subject: Return Request Order Number XXXXX
  • Order number (or forward your confirmation email)
  • Item details (size, quantity, color)
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Newsletter Subscriber Discount Code: Orders with the subscriber discount code applied are eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Sale items
  • Custom items (including chain length adjustments, custom ring sizing, etc.)
  • 14K solid gold items
  • Items purchased from our stockists
Return Processing Time

We aim to process your return within 21 days of receiving it; however, depending on your location, it may take up to 30 days.

Please note that returns are processed through multiple warehouses, and even if tracking shows the parcel as delivered, it may not have arrived at our studio yet. We appreciate your understanding!

Receiving Your Refund

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Faulty Product

We sincerely apologize if your new Kara Yoo jewelry arrived damaged or faulty.

Please contact us at info@karayoo.com to guide you through the next steps for a refund or replacement. To help us assess the issue, kindly send us a photo of the damaged item so we can proceed with your replacement.

Return Product Instructions

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Original Packaging: Return the product in its original packaging. Ensure that all tags, earring cards, and boxes are included.
  2. Packing the Jewelry: Place the jewelry inside its original jewelry box. 
  3. Shipping Box: If you have the original shipping box, pack the jewelry box inside it. If not, you can use a different shipping box.
  4. Return Label: Print the return label we provided and attach it securely to the box. Please do not create your own shipping label.
  5. Shipping the Return: Drop the parcel off at a mailbox or postal office of the respective carrier indicated on the return label (either Canada Post or USPS).

Important Note: We cannot accept returns of damaged items. Therefore, it's crucial to pack the jewelry securely in a box (not a padded envelope) to prevent any damage during transit.

Stockist Purchases

We do not accept returns on goods purchased from one of our stockists. Please contact the stockist directly for returns or exchanges.

If you have an item not purchased directly from us that requires repair or replacement under our warranty, please email our team at info@karayoo.com for further assistance. Be sure to include your proof of purchase, along with a photo or video of the jewelry.
