BC & Local Pickup
Our last day for holiday shipping inside BC is December 15th. This may change based on carrier delays and changes in service due to the Canada Post Strike.
The last day for local pickup is December 19th.
Canada
Our Holiday deadline has passed for Canada-wide shipping.
Orders made now are unlikely to be delivered before Christmas.
United States
Our US shipping deadline is December 10th.
International Shipping
Our international shipping deadline has passed for holiday orders. Orders made now are unlikely to be delivered prior to Christmas.
Studio Closure
Our studio will be closed for holidays from December 23 to 27 and January 1.
*Order placed from Dec 23-27 will not be processed until the new year.
Shipping
Canada
During the Canada Post strike, we are unable to ship to some rural locations and PO boxes. Please message us to check if we are able to ship to you.
We offer free shipping in Canada for orders over $75, and orders under $75 ship for $15.
Shipping times (these do not include fulfilment times, which will depend on the products ordered, especially as some of our products are made to order!)
British Columbia: 1~3 Business days
Other provinces: 5-8 Business days
Domestic Express Shipping is availabe at an additional fee, 1-2 Business days for shipping (this is in addition to our fulfillment time).
United States
Free shipping on orders over $75.
For orders under $75, shipping is $15.
Shipping to most US locations takes 3-7 business days from the date we ship.
Shipping times do not include fulfilment times, which will depend on the pieces you order, as some pieces are made to order :)
Worldwide
Free shipping on orders over $150. Shipping is $15 for orders under $150.
Shipping takes 5-10 days once the product is shipped out, to most major centers worldwide.
For more rural areas, shipping takes 5-22 days from the date we ship out your order.
Shipping times do not include fulfilment times, which will depend on the products you order, especially as some of our pieces are made to order :)
Duties and Taxes
Canadian Shipments
Duties will not be charged. Provincial taxes are calculated at checkout.
International Shipments
Duties and taxes are not included upon checkout.
Please visit your local customs office website for further information on your country's custom fees. We are not responsible for custom fees that may be charged on your shipment.
Returns
In case of error, damage, or misrepresentation
We offer free returns for any issues with your order or if you feel something was mis-represented on our website.
Otherwise, all sale items and custom pieces are consider final sale, no exchanges or returns.
As a small brand, we do our best to represent items to the best of our ability, but we know sometimes that doesn't work.
We're real people, and we try to be understanding in the case of any issues you might encounter :)
Changed your mind?
We offer refunds of un-worn jewelry with a $7 re-stocking fee per item, or with equal value store credit, within 10 days of receiving the item.
Shipping for refunds is covered inside Canada and the US. For worldwide orders, return shipping is $10.
Sale items and custom pieces are consider final sale, no exchanges or returns.
Warranty Policy
We have a 1-year warranty on all pieces purchased on our website.
This includes damage or issues related to the manufacturing or construction of pieces. We will cover some issues with plating, but those generally are not covered.
The warranty does not cover lost pieces, but we can sell you singles of lost earrings.
If you purchased through a vendor, please feel free to reach out to us, especially if you have a receipt.
Exchanges & Re-sizing
Please email us at info@karayoo.com to start an exchange or to get more info on re-sizing. Resizing is not possible for all pieces.
Most exchanges are free, but we do not offer exchanges on sale and custom pieces (custom pieces may be re-sized, depending on the piece).
Sale and Custom Pieces
All sale and custom pieces are final sale (except for error, damage or misrepresentation).
I need to start a return
Please email us at info@karayoo.com, please include your order number and your reason for returning, and we will begin the return process, and we will send you a return label.
Your refund will be provided when we receive the item(s) back to our studio. Return shipping time is typically 2 weeks.
I bought something from a boutique
Although we do not offer returns or exchanges for any item purchased through a boutique, your purchase is still covered under our product warranty.
If you have an item that is not directly purchased from us that needs repair or replacement under our warranty, please email our team at info@karayoo.com for further assistant. We will require your purchase information along with a photo or video of the jewelry.
