Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. Unworn merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full refund, within 14 days of receipt.

All items purchased during sales or with a discount code greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to info@karayoo.com to start the process - include your order number and the pieces you would like to return. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. You will be refunded in the original form of payment - you will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your return.

If you received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will issue a return shipping label and send a replacement back to you as soon as we receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
